This program focuses on evidence and brain- based strategies to help student athletes access their maximum potential. The program also offers Individual Coaching Sessions, Team Talks, and Consultation with Coaches.
Individual Coaching Sessions:
Individual coaching sessions are designed to meet the specific needs and goals of the student athlete.
Team Talks:
Life Coaching for the Student Athlete is also available as a team and group presentation. Group seminars offer skills and strategies to help strengthen the athlete’s mental game.
Consultation with Coaches:
One time or ongoing sessions are available to coaches to help identify best practices and learn methods to help guide and support the mental well- being of the student athlete.
